We believe in letting nothing go to waste.
- By retaining the building’s existing structure, including slabs, steels and columns, we’ve saved 3,400 tonnes of carbon.
- At the end of the redevelopment the total carbon emission are calculated and offset in accordance with the UKGBC framework.

We’ve integrated a range of smart methods and features to minimise our impact and achieve net zero carbon operation.
